Some of the worst customer service I have ever received from any company ever. Blatant lies, constant ignored communication, and total lack of competency. I can't even get them to respond to my closed account requests now and am having to revoke payments that they keep trying to charge me for while providing no service.
We internally approved Mr. account with the understanding that he was operating a high-risk business. He had an active account and was able to process payments for nearly 2 months, but chose not to. Unfortunately, our banking partners declined to approve his business for additional ACH credit processing due to the high-risk nature of the business. We have since closed his account and issued a credit for both month's processing in addition to another 2 months worth of fees as a show of good faith.
