Achterberg Hardwood Floors

then began inquiring on gutters and we then replaced them with the promise of being paid.  We took them to court with verbal agreement of payment for gutters and we have not been able to collect.  We have went above and beyond for this customer and feel we completed more work than was allotted on the scope of work from the insurance company.  We also have had issues in public with the boyfriend of thes customer, several of the field reps have seen him in bars and local business and he is very beligerent and harrassing to our staff.  This is completely unacceptble and as I mentioned we have lost money on this job trying to make the customer happy.  NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN, as they still owes us money.  Thank you
