I am rejecting this response because: There were two losses, the loss where they claimed long term leak was the second loss The first loss was the MAJOR loss that we called in ACI and that is when we had our first adjuster come out to accept our case He left us with a positive response that we had a good chance of recovering costs to repair the damage done by the refrigerator leaking He left the employ of the company and that is when there was a breakdown in the representation from ACI We could not get anyone to contact us after numerous attempts, phone and mail Finally after my constant calls, MrA*** picked up the phone who told me he was handling the file I don't know how he could have logged all the miles unless he lived that far away from us It turns out that the company no longer represents NJ and this could be the reason that they did not put in the time or effort that was required of them I have a signed agreement from them to handle my case and that contract is binding They failed to do as promised and I remain injured due to the fact that I have not been made whole Chris A*** came in after the fact and certainly has not put forth the effort that was promised and kept trying to dissuade me from pursuing the matter I really don't care that he was overworked or came into a situation where the company was overextended due to a representative leaving This company did NOT do as was promised and failed me and my family when they did not act as they agreed The customer/consumer should not have been injured again because the company that signed a document agreeing to perform had staffing changes I do not accept this as an acceptable resolution to my complaint
