This matter is still ongoing, they still have to send a drywall repair person out, they were waiting on me to confirm the leak was stopped before fixing the drywall I just notified them the roof did not leak after last nights rain.The response the owner provided was not fully correct, I did contact the home office twice and spoke to Tim S [redacted] on March and then again on March 15th and he told me the problem was sent tot someone named Chad It was until I notified the Revdex.com that anything actually got resolved Thanks

Revdex.com received a phone call from consumer stating the company came to his home today and addressed his complaint

This issue has been addressed by ACI Construction.  Unfortunately, the number for the project manager was his personal cell phone and we (the company) were not aware of the problem.  After Mr. [redacted] contacted us via the 877 company number the problem (a cricket) was remedied.
