We had a new roof, fascia, gutters, and downspouts installed, and it looks great! Our curb appeal improved along with the value of our house. Thank you, Chris, and the entire ACI team.

We had a new roof installed on our home and detached two car garage. Chris and his team did an amazing job with the tear off and installation. Completed the project in ONE DAY and left the job site as clean as when they arrived. Very professional and considerate. Extremely happy with their work and our new roof makes the home look brand new! Highly recommend this team of professionals.

We had a metal roof installed by an incompetent contractor. By the time we figured out what a disaster we had on our hands, they’d “gone out of business” and “sold the assets” to different owners, who would not honor the warranty. We didn’t want the same bunch of miscreants on our property so we got some estimates and found ACI. Chris is very forthright and honest about the situation. I had a very low opinion of the roofing industry by this time but he put us at ease. His people did a very good job tearing off the mess that was here and repairing the damage. They put on a new roof and cleaned up thoroughly. We are quite satisfied. Please give Chris and ACI your consideration if you need a new roof or repairs.

ACI was very professional and work they did was spectacular. Tear off and replacement was completed in one day. The crew did a meticulous job with clean up as well. I would highly recommend them for any roofing job.

What a wonderful job ACI Exteriors did for me. The quality of the product and expertise of the crew were superb. I don't have a large roof and they came in early in the morning, pulled all old stuff, replaced 2 pieces of plywood and still had the roof completed and cleaned up by 4:00 pm. The crew did such a good job of cleaning up all the pieces. They checked almost every square inch of the back yard and cleaned the back deck. I also appreciate the care they took it making sure the front area and driveway were cleaned.

I had some damage to my roof. I called this company and they came out. They told me I had wind and hail damage to my roof and gutters. I asked for an estimate of the cost of the repairs. They told me they couldn't do it right now. He then told me he could save me on my deductible. I called my insurance company and they came out to check out the roof and gutters. The claims agent came and ACI was supposed to come out and meet with the insurance agent. He told me he would have the estimate ready for the claims agent. ACI did not showed up. The claims agent checked everything out and everything was fine but a few shingles that were blown off. He told me it would only costs $600-800 to fix. My insurance agent sends a contractor out and he confirmed the same thing as the claims agent. The contractor told me that I have a 30 year warranty on my roof. I was only in year eight. He took one of the shingles with him and he came back and he told me he could put the shingles I had up there. Then he told me he would see if he had matching shingles. He told me he did and told me he would put them back on. I asked him how much he was going to charge me and he told me nothing. ACI tried to get over on me. ACI finally showed up that day and told me he got his time confused. I told him what the claims agent told me. I told him I feel he was trying to *** me and I wanted him to leave.

Wow - is all I can say! Easiest and most pleasant home improvement projects ever! Quality work, amazing follow up, fair prices and perfect clean up! I would highly recommend!!

From the first phone call to the completion of this extensive project everything was handled professionally, on time and with very pleasant workers on the job.
