Review: Product or Service involved: Mobil Scooter. ACI is not professional at all. This company didn’t even call us with an amount for us to decide whether or not we wanted it fixed. They just took it upon themselves to fix it, and then call to say how much they charged us. Didn’t bring it back when told they would. I am sorry for rambling. I have to write it down my way first. These people are not very professional. They don’t call with quote first, they just call and say they fixed it. We’ve trying to call every day. (No call back) They didn’t put all parts back on. Suppose to bring it buy. Still don’t have it. Didn’t want to give us paperwork. The Consumer took it to our office to make copies. Still is not fixed. Now it’s got a loud squeaking noise. Please just have them return the consumer’s money so he can put it toward a new one.Desired Settlement: Return of my $275.00 so it can go toward a new one.
