Ordered two pairs of shorts on the website for Christmas gifts, both of which were in stockAfter discovering no shipping confirmation had been mailed out, I inquired their online form and telephone number to leave messagesNeither forms of communication were returnedUpon having to call back again, I was told that the shorts were out of stock and an email was sent to the email immediately after the order saying they were out of stock (which was not true, both the inbox and spam email folders were searched)Now I'm forced to scramble to find gifts and will pay more due to their poor business performanceDo not order from this company

I've been saving money for months to buy my husband chacos and searching the internet for the exact ones he wanted at a price I could afford. I wanted to get them for his birthday and started saving searching months in advance. I almost gave up when I came across Mountain High Outfitters who happened to have the exact pair/size he wanted on sale. I had just enough money for them and just my luck it was about 2 before his birthday (should be plenty of time for them to arrive) and Iwas sooooo excited to finally get them for him. Not just any Chacos (as I'd found others on sale) but the ones he actually wanted. I placed my order and after a few days began waiting for them to arrive. A week later I get an email saying "unfortunately there was an availability issue with my order" and they couldn't send the product and asking if I wanted a "substitute" item. At this point, I was down to a few days before my husbands birthday without the gift I'd worked so hard to find and save for and no money to find a "substitute" gift. If I had wanted a "substitute" gift, I wouldn't have paid for the one I ordered in the first place. It took them an entire week to contact me about the issue. Now I'm left waiting for a "refund" that will take "several days" and that I don't even expect to come and no gift or money to get one. I will NEVER order from this company again.
