I ordered 2 t-shirt from AcidMerch, they accepted the money right away, it has now been 6 weeks and no delivery and no response to my many email.

Do not purchase from these folks.

Review: my t shirt order arrived on ** Oct but there has been a mistake.

I received 2 Thin Lizzy T Shirts, 1x Med, Ix Large along with the Run DMC Tshirt I ordered.

What I ordered was the Run DMC, a large Thin Lizzy and a Large Clash Sort It Out Tshirt.

As I received no order confirmation, I can't give you a reference for this.

I have sent at least 3 emails to this effect since the order arrived

Please let me know how this can be rectified.Desired Settlement: Please acknowledged receipt of emails and send the correct T Shirt along with instructions on how to return to unwanted T Shirt if required.

Review: I ordered a T-Shirt ( Depeche Mode Tshirt 101 tee) from the fore mentioned company, ACIDMERCH, on the 01/**/2013 and the order was processed Processed 01/**/2013 17:09:08 EST. I paid the amount ($25.39) via my credit card which was billed by them immediately. I was given an order number ( order number [redacted]) and that is the last piece of correspondence I have received from the company. I have sent over 15 emails to them and I have not received any email reply or call back from the business at all. The order was placed in January 2013, almost 7 months ago and the business cannot be reached and nobody ever replies to any emails I have sent. This is not totally not acceptable and I feel I have been taken advantage of and the money for the item stolen from my account as no item has ever been received. The company has not even had the decency to reply to any of emails or give me an update as the progress. Disgraceful service.Desired Settlement: I want my money returned. I do not want to purchase items from a business that can never be reached or who never comes through on what they are supposed to deliver to a paying customer 7 months and counting !

Review: I ordered 2 products on 3/**/2015 with order # [redacted] and after several email attempts to contact them still have not received my products or any response to my emails addressing delivery.

They did receive and debit my [redacted] card for $39.89 on 3/**/2015.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my order or a full refund of $39.89.

Review: My wife made an online purchase that was confirmed & paid for on April*, 2014. As of May**, 2014, we have not received the product nor have any of our communications been returned. She has sent multiple emails and I have filled out their form on their website as well as emailing their webmaster. We have found a phone number to contact the vendor & will be doing so as well as contacting our bank for a reversal of the charges since the item was advertised as being in stock when the order was placed and confirmed.Desired Settlement: We want the item ordered or a full refund with an apology.

Review: I paid for and placed an order via [redacted] on 8/**/14. I received an email confirmation of my order on 8/**/14 but have never received the order. I have sent several emails with all the appropriate info as requested by the site (order number, date of order, and description) but have never heard back from them. I have tried to contact by responding to the confirmation email as well as using the online contact form provided on their website. As of this date, I have had no response from Acid Merch.
