We are working to help Mrs*** get her Extended Service Contract cancelledThe initial documents we received from Mrs*** we not able to be scanned clearly and our Shared Service Center did not process the original cancellation for that reasonWe have since expedited the cancellation and
are working to get Mrs*** her refund as quickly as possible

After receiving the notice from the Revdex.com we were able to investigate and found that Mrs*** had called several times however, had not left any voice messagesWe did contact her and resolve the issue by completing her cancelation that same dayWe take customer service very seriously at
AutoNation Ford Mazda and were happy we were able to keep a customer Thank you for your assistance, *** *** CFS Director AutoNation Ford Mazda

I am rejecting this response because: The Dealership has not addressed the miles they put on the vehicle while in their shop and how they falsified the Invoice the first time the vehicle was in for serviceThey only showed mile that they drove the vehicle, completely FALSEThere was a 1/of tank of fuel used which tells me they were running the guts out of this truck The engine light came on after I drove the vehicle miles, and did not sound right when I left the dealershipI say they damaged the sensor while hot rodding my truck while in their possession The reason the dealership detailed the vehicle was because there was grease all over the drivers side floor mat when I picked the vehicle up they cleaned the floor mat before I left and offered me a detail for my inconvenience

The customer was never forced to buy anythingHe wanted a truck and we offered him what we could do for himTell us why here

The vehicle was in the shop for four days for a check engine light, we repaired the vehicle and provided a rental to the customer at our expense. We also had the vehicle detailed at our expense. The vehicle has been in our facility twice according to the service records. The first...

visit  on March 3, 2015 for a ticking sound under the hood which we were unable to verify at that time. We recommened a transmission service at that time and the customer declined the service.There was an oil change and a battery service performed during that same visit. On March 5,2015 the vehicle was brought back in  and the check engine light was on, we diagnosed the vehicle and replaced  a ebp sensor and the vehicle was operating aa designed.  The transmission was shifting hard according to the customer and was related to the check enine light and the sensor that was replaced.Mr. [redacted] called the dealership and wanted his money returned for ther last service we performed but has not brought the vehicle back in for a recheck of the concern.  The vehicle has 109272 on it, there could be other issues with the vehicle, without  the vehicle being brought back in we cant verify the concern that he says still exists. We have provided alternate transpotation as well as going above and betyond to make this customer happy.
