Upon inspection of the customer's roof on 6Marcor found an area near the side wall to be opened where water possibly leaked into the customer's homeMarcor sealed the area to make it water tightWe have spoken with [redacted] on 6in regards to the interior damage he has on his ceiling and told him to get an estimate on repairing the damage and forward it to Marcor? Upon receipt and review of the estimate Marcor will reimburse the customer for the damage as a full and final settlement on the damage to the ceiling [redacted] agreed to get an estimate and forward it to Marcor for review.? We repaired the leak that the customer was having and the roof is no longer leakingWe replaced the customer's damaged ceiling tiles on 11with a tile that matched as close as possible, as her original ceiling tiles have been discontinuedThe customer does not like the mismatched ceiling tiles and now wants us to replace the entire ceiling and we are at a stand still with this as to what to doRoof repair was completed in early OctoberAttached is a picture of the ceiling tiles that we replace on 1117Jennifer R***Executive AssistantMarcor Construction Roofing and More, Inc.? As per customers request, inspection was conducted by installer and it was determined that the problems with the window were a product defect.? The installer returned to the customers home to take pictures and forwarded them on to the Manufacturer (Slocum Windows) for replacement approval.? Slocum notified us that the window was in fact defective and a new replacement window was ordered under the warranty.? We were advised that the window will be arriving this Friday Sept [redacted] to the installer.? Customer will immediately be contacted upon arrival of window to set up an appointment for removal of the defective window & install of the replacement at a time convenient to herMarcor Construction understands the customers frustration and she has been advised of the expected arrival & replacement of the defective windowWe plan to rectify this situation and restore the customers faith in our company
