We called her again on the following day and tried to talk with her about other options and she hung up on us a few seconds into the callWe would have gladly fixed any problem that the [redacted] had free of chargeWe would have just as quickly put her in any other vehicle that the Lender was willing to [redacted] for herWhen given the choice, Ms [redacted] elected not to exercise either of these optionsThe receipt that Ms [redacted] was given for her down payment on the day she bought the [redacted] showed "Non-Refundable." We set her up with our Mechanic for a Monday Morning  appointment at9:00. Much to our surprise, she missed that appointment and instead showed up at 11:30 and handed us the keys to the [redacted] and said she did not want it. We asked her if she was sure that was the route she wanted to take. She responded "Yes!" We called her again  on the following day and tried to talk with her about other options and she hung up on us a few seconds into the call. We would have gladly fixed any problem that the [redacted] had free of charge. We would have just as quickly put her in any other vehicle that the Lender was willing to [redacted] for her.
