We have been trying to reach a real person for the last 3 months to get payment
information from someone. Have left messages with AP & Pres & sent emails every week since November. No one will respond. How can Revdex.com give them an
A+ rating?
This record should be removed. Customer had been paid for this invoice and had already spoken with the Admin Karen several times regarding this invoice including the day this was posted with payment information. We have records of emails regarding this situation. We had staff transitions in November and then were closed Dec 13-Jan 3. Vendor was new to our system and was confused with ACP. We have closed this matter.
