I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I have e-mail and personnel that will and do object to MrD.'s suggestion that we did not bring this to their attention. In fact it was a major issue throughout the summer of 2017, Toni Gwas aware and my staff was retrained several times (to no avail) to stop the improper billing. Again, I agree we owe some money, but not what they are suggesting. Secondly, he did not offer a payment plan, he demanded $25,or termination of service. Again, I offered to pay in full as we order new services and to pay down the existing debt once we had it reduced to the appropriate amount; which I explained needed to be evaluated. It was at this point that he hung up on me

Revdex.com spoke to Tom at business and the following was relayed: The issue with pricing was addressed over a year ago and there have been no issues raised in the last year. The pricing issue was due to type of testing being ordered which was addressed and corrected. It is in our contract that if there is...

a pricing issue the business has 30 to file a formal dispute, to which the business has not filed any disputes. The business fell behind on the account which has 90 day terms. On November 9th we sent the first letter about the invoices being unpaid, the business did not respond. On January 5th the final termination letter was sent as the account is behind in the amount of $70,000 as there has been no payment over the last 6 months. I offered a payment plan to which he stated he could not commit to.

ACM Medical Laboratories received specimens from a referring provider for the patient mentioned below. At the time of service the patient did not have active insurance and was set up as self pay. On 2/2/18 patient called and spoke to our customer service department regarding the $649.02 bill he...

received for services performed on 10/3/17. During that conversation the patient was told that he qualified for the uninsured discount rate. Discount was applied on 2/2/18. Current patient balance is $184.42. Thanks, Jennifer W., Supervisor Diagnostic Billing ACM Global Laboratories

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted],  I have not received a revised bill from the company since calling them on 2/2/2018. Please be sure they send me the correct bill as soon as possible. Its too bad they are allowed to try and take from the insurance companies the way they do. Odd how they want $649.00 but are able to reduce it to $184.00 when they are called out on it. What a great honest business they must be? I hope this is taken care of as quickly as possible, as I do not wish to deal with this nonsense any longer. Thank you. [redacted]
