This complaint is inaccurate and in all accounts [redacted] is completely lying about everything stated, because she wants a refund and she feels by complaining about us on Revdex.com that she can intimidate the company in giving her back a refundACM services is a professional training referral/consulting companyWe help individuals get professional certification/license and then help them with career services upon them getting desired licenseNow Heba got exactly what she paid for which were her certifications and license and career counseling and what she agreed to in our enrollment agreement [redacted] was not mislead, was not lied to, or promised anything ridiculous as what she is statingAt this point we are disappointed and unfortunately we deny [redacted] a refund of any sortPlease contact us at anytime to discuss any further informationWe are more than willing to comply

This client is not only slandering our company, but everything is completely untrueFor one this client knew about everything before enrollment and he knew he was not guaranteed a jobThe only thing that this client was guaranteed was Training certifications and career counseling services
which was stated to him the same day he enrolled with ** ***He did not pay for a job or a promise of a jobAll our employees here at Acm are under contract not to make any promises especially guanteeing a job.This client Alex did not go to any of the job referrals given to him nor did he follow any of our instructions to help him gain employmentWe are not responsible for getting Alex employment just job placement assistance which we do as courtesyAlex entered into an agreementHe knew what our refund policy was, what we had to offer, but most of all what he was paying for A scam is when someone pays for something and doesn't get what they paid forAlex got excalty what he paid forNow it seems to be that Alex was dissatisfied with our services and no longer wanted to work with the company, so he took it upon himself to slander our company and completely make statements about our companyThe company doesn't even advertise on Zip recruiter Look us up on zip recruiter you will not find our company advertising thereWe are willing to help Alex, all he had to do is contact the company so we can provide him with customer serviceInstead of completey slandering the company and making statements and accusations about our company

Hi my name is *** ** *** ** I want to file a complaint about this company acm services because this company offered me to for training as security guard so I went there last week January ** they told me to pay dollars for the training then I think mrs b*** is the the one who collected the money and she told me to come back February * then I found out that there gone and I keep calling them and the phone is out of service already not only me but how many people trying to contact them could u pls help me solve this problem or they can return the money that I paid I have the receipt thanks a lot have a nice day

I was charged $+ I had to paid $for fingerprinting+$35fee+$fireguard feeI was told they work with agencies for securityThey promised me and many others $22-an hourI got nothing but a security license and a fireguard certification for a shelter even though I was told I would work in a corporate officeMy emails and calls were not returnedThe prices listed was at the New Millennium place they sent meOthers were charged more than me and I had to lie about how much they charged meThey would not allow me to speak to a manager or give me a refundAll over the internet they are mentioning they were scammed tooI was given a list of security places to get interviews but not to tell those places ACM sent me

I was called for interview by a supervisor named MrS*** who said there was a open position for front desk/securityHe said it started at $per hour and I needed a security license to workI said I did not have a security license and he said that was fineI only needed to bring $and my social security card to sign upI went to the interview and MrS*** was not thereIt was some *** *** man and some light skin woman with hazel eyes named AmyShe promised me to work with my schedule and that she was going to place me with a jobShe also gave me a start date and told me I was acceptedShe then told me if I pay for the class in full now I save $That normally the class is $325, but if I pay now in cash I save $She said they do not accept credit cards because of credit card fraudI gave her the cash and after I went to the security classes, I found out the class only cost $She ripped me off $and I wanted to warn people about this fraudThey f

Now Heba got exactly what she paid for which were her certifications and license and career counseling and what she agreed to in our enrollment agreement. After ACM had agreed to refund me the amount. They refused unless I withdrew my complaint. I've attached both emails. They are retaliating against me for going to the Revdex.com. I explained that I went there when they would not allow me to speak to a manager. I even told the employee I would go there and she told me "go ahead." After they denied me a refund based on a contract with fraudulent terms I went to you. I explained I will withdraw my complaint when I receive the full amount 386. The full damage.
