Review: I dropped my laundry off on Thursday, 4/** with an expected pickup of Sunday, 5/*. At the time, the employees there alerted me to an issue with the dryers, saying that the laundry would take a bit of extra time (hence, the Sunday pick-up as opposed to the typical next-day service). I did not have any problem with that, but mentioned that I would call on Saturday 5/* to check in just in case. Calls on 5/* went unanswered, and when I visited the property on Sunday 5/*, Monday 5/*, and today, Tuesday 5/*, they were closed, with no signage alerting me to any problems. I never received any notice that the place would close down with my belongings inside. There is no voice mail system or any other contact information to receive any additional information. I just want to be able to retrieve my laundry, clean or not!Desired Settlement: I want to be able to pick up my belongings, regardless of whether they were washed. I did not make any payment for the service so I just want my stuff back so I can take it elsewhere if needed.
