This company tried to take advantage of an elderly woman in the pricing of a job to replace a hot water heater On Saturday December 15, [redacted] called On Time Service to come look at her hot water heater as it was leaking since she had a service contract with themThe tech that came out gave her an estimate of $to replace the water heater and bring "up to code" [redacted] daughter knows a person knowledgeable with plumbing supplies and costs associatedThat contact had advised that an estimate should be around $When the On Time tech was questioned his response was " we are not one man and a truck" This is not the first experience with On Time where they have tried to take advantageearlier in the year during her "annual" electrical inspection the tech said that her whole electrical panel and box needed to be replaced because it was rustedthere was a bit of rust on the metal frame to the panelabsolutely NO rust on the panel itself on in the area where

They were scheduled to come out, but had a scheduling conflict The guy was in my area according to consumer rep., but they didn't find him so they cancelledThey said they would waive fee for coming out and came out the next day They didn't find a problem when they came out, so they guy said he would get his boss to come out They both came out and walked around and talked outside for 10-minutes I walked outside to let them know I had to pick my child up from schoolThat is when the Boss left and the guy said he would need to seal up something in the attic that was taped upHe said air was escaping and needed to be sealed He said it would be for this service, but they charged me another for the boss coming out They called this an advance diagnosis I didn't understand the charge, so I attempted to call and speak
