Review: Purchased a handgun from Dale P[redacted] at Acme Ammo. The firearm was claimed to be unfired but the wear on the weapon would indicate otherwise. Carbon build up in the chamber and wear on the barrel and slide. Also wear from use of a kydex holster and Upon the advice of two local firearm shops I returned to Mr. P[redacted]' establishment to attempt to resolve the issue. Mr. P[redacted] and his associate proceeded to argue that I was mistaken. mr P[redacted] also proceeded to fabricate a story as to why he could not return my money. Mr. P[redacted] offered store credit that did not total the amount paid for the firearm. He also offered to replace the firearm with one significantly cheaper while still charging me more fees and not returning the difference in price. His offer to exchange the handgun would have only lead to me spending more money in his establishment which I refuse to do. When I asked what would happen to the difference in price Mr P[redacted] dismissed me and I told him I would not be returning.Desired Settlement: I Would like a refund of the entire amount paid for the firearm as I was misled into buying
