Review: I've had my jeep at Acne Auto for numerus repair in the past few months hundreds of dollars. I've had problems with my steering and had all other parts replaced leading up the the steering geer box.[redacted] the owner replaced the geer box back in 10/10/2012 sice than I still had problems with the steering and went to Acne Auto and complained that there were problems yet with my steering and that my 17 yr old son and I were almost in a excident due to the steering 5 times I complained to them..They told me to take it for a wheel aigment maybe that was the problem after replacing the geer box Did that! Had to take my son to Marshfield wi for leg surgery on 5/15/2013 we were almost killed when the steering was all over the road after going 55 miles pr hour. We were so upset that the steering yet again was not fixed.. Acne Auto did not fixed the problem !The part is defected I went to another auto shop on 5/18/2013 to find out the part is not working and is very loose it needs to be fixed it's the 2 time my son and I were almost in a excident due to the steering..I'm so upset we could have been killed.Please help me I was told from O"Reilly's parts that the part boughten from there has to be replaced by Acne Auto???I'm afraid to take my jeep back there as I do not trust them..They did not fix my Jeep I had them take it for rides only to tell me something else.My son will no longer ride in the jeep. We have to go to either Madison hopital or the Mayo Hospital to help my son with a rare diease and thats long ways away for us to drive I need a safe ride for us..My jeep needs to fixed so we don't get hurt..I've had 2 other auto shops look at my jeep and they both said it's the steering geer box thats loose and it needs to be repair now and not to drive it until it gets fixed its danerous....Desired Settlement: I want the geer box fixed and i'm not paying anymore money for it . I'm not paying anymore labor charges.We could have been killed or I could have killed some one:( How do u put a price on lifes loss??? I trusted Acne Auto I'm so upset.
