[redacted] negotiated the [redacted] down to $5,from $7,995, saving her $2,475, with a twelve-month service contract from [redacted] ***.She was told that she could take the car to any mechanic she wanted to be checked out Then she test-drove the car several times with three different people One was a relative who said he was a mechanic; her daughter [redacted] took the [redacted] to a garage to be looked over She told me that the mechanic said the car was okay Our own mechanic said the car was okay Also, the car passed inspection Before [redacted] bought the car, it took her three weeks to make up her mind, and felt comfortable with the purchase Now that something is wrong with the car, she thinks Acme misled her about its condition We did not mislead our customers We believe her mechanic is trying to take advantage of her Thanks, Acme Als
