To Whom this May ConcernOn “11/30/15” Amce Shop work on our dodge Caravan and we have received “ [redacted] & ***” that statement that Jeff wrote it was and is a lie that my wife hit him and I did not tell him to put the water pump on Timing Chinge Belt I told him “***” to call me if it needed ithe told me it was just a small hose leakingSo with this matter being said we don't believe that we should not have been charged $It's not right very unprofessional on his behalf “Jeff” Thank-you very much for your’s time and I hope this matters gets resolved [redacted] & [redacted] ***1-23-

On 11-30-15, *** *** called me for an estimate on replacing a water pump that he had already purchased from a parts store for his Dodge CaravanI called him back told him it would be a good idea to replace the timing belt since we are in thereHe said the parts store already ordered one
and it will be in after lunchI said ok and for both water pump and timing belt would be $labor since he already bought the partsHe said ok and will bring it after the timing belt came inAfter they brought it I gave them a ride home will get on it asapAfter finishing the water pump and the timing belt procedures, we filled it with antifreeze and started itIt had a little leak still so I called *** and tried to tell him he still had a leakHe then became belligerent and wouldn't let me explainSo I told him we will take it back apart because you cannot see with all the covers and shields in the front of the engineI then took apart the covers and shields, pumped up the system with coolant tester, noticed pin hole in molded hose, replaced molded hose, pumped up system again and no more leaksReplaced covers and shields, filled with antifreeze and test ran engineCalled ***, his girlfriend, and said the van was finished and was going to be $more for the hose and antifreezeShe said ok and will be right there to pick it upWhen she arrived she handed me money that was all folded up, jumped into the van and tried to take offI checked the money and she was $shortShe started to yell at me telling me *** will pay me wheneverI told her no and tried to get the keys out of the vanThen she started hitting me and began to drive offTold my son to call the cops, then she finally calmed down with her daughters helpShe then left with her daughter, came back later with the rest of the money, then gave her the keys backI replaced the parts the customer called for estimate the he had in the van.Owner J C***
