Worst experience ever
Ordered 23 doors the 3rd of august,2-4 wks turnmovervtime they advertise, called the 15th of Sept , no way to leave message, emailed, was told by Dan miller they shipped, I waited till the 26, emailed him again, got rude response, and told me they shipped again, will get the 28th. Its Oct 4th no cabinets, called the district att. For Stockton. She emailed me several complaint avenues. Will file all of them and my credit card company is looking into fraud complaint, stay away, service manager is a liar and rude.

Good morning On Thursday evening after I filed the complaint, I emailed the company to give them the complaint number Unbelievably at PM the production manager answered and rudely noted they had refunded the money to my credit card on 6/ I reminded them there were only days in June and the credit card was canceled when it was stolen on May He then said it was returned to my PayPal account on 7/ I called Paypal and confirmed they received the entire purchase $$ paid and sent the refund to my closed credit card account with Wells Fargo, and informed me how to have them transfer it to an existing accountI will be able to get my refund, I believeIn viewing multiple reviews on line (too late for me) this company frequently keeps the money for several months then issues a refund when pressured, but no cabinet doors ordered The phone is never answered, it always refers complaints to an email accountIt sounds like either they aren't a valid company, (I couldn't find a business entity with this name or anything starting with Acme on the California business filings for either a corporation or LLCSo they may not even be a valid company The web site looks nice, but in hindsight I could create one just like it Not sure they are real, the same man is quoted in the reviews as being rude and finally returning money in mant cases If they are owned by another business, then they are using internet sales as an interest free money pit to use for months on end prior to returning if pressured, if they return it at all Thanks for your response.Complaint ID:12309289Date Filed:8/3/

I not only didn't receive my doors, the company never acknowledged the transactuonAfter collecting money they pretend you no longer existThankfully pay pal is already aware of their Shadey practices and was quick to credit my accountAcme cabinet doors is rapidly becoming synonymous with fraud, so I doubt many more consumers will become victimized

I wish I had done more research before placing an order with ACME Run, don't walk away from this company You will never get them on the phone They will not meet the promised order deadline, will not alert you to the delay and will not respond But most of all, the excel spreadsheet they send you will NOT tell you that you need to add dimensions for the style door you are ordering and WILL NOT check the order with you to make that addition Result - you will pay for doors that are unuseable which arrive months after you ordered And still, you will NOT be able to get them on the phone

I am rejecting this response because: Your company did not comply with the following mail order lawPer the Revdex.com web page on Acme Cabinet Door "According to the Federal Trade Commission's Mail Order Rule, a company must ship your order within days from the time they receive the order, unless its promotional advertising clearly states a period time for shipmentIf the company cannot ship your order within the time period as it has stated, the company must send you written notice of the delay and give you the chance to cancel your order if you do not agree to the delayIf you choose to cancel rather than accept the delay, you generally need to do so in writing, and the company has seven days from the time it receives your notice of cancellation to issue a refund."

I am rejecting this response because: the funds were returned, correctHowever the product was ordered August 6, Company indicated delivery within weeks of orderDid not receive and contacted company Indicated delivery would ship on September (weeks after promised delivery)No delivery as of October My complaint was filed weeks after the original order was placedWhile financial restitution has been made it does not alleviate the aggravation experienced as well as the promises made regarding delivery, as well as the time spent contacting PayPal and the Revdex.com which I am convinced was instrumental in the return of my moneyThey say they pulled my order after the dispute was filed with [redacted] That dispute date was October 3, which was weeks after an order they said would take weeks to deliver.I believe future customers need to be aware of this example of poor service through the BBC

It’s been nearly 2 months and I am still waiting for 4 cabinet doirs promised in 2-4 weeks. They have taken the payment but refuse to respond to my repeated emails. There is NO working phone number.

Ms *** facts are incorrect, *** stated that the package was delivered on 11/7/at 5:30pm
We were notified of the chargeback at 11/7/8:pm after she received the product

The order was supposed to be the 2-weeks They states on their website 2-weeks going into weeksI went to the website to call them it states no phone calls regarding orders so I emailed after days that’s when I contacted the Revdex.comYes, I received my order finallyTheir email

I am rejecting this response because: After failed attempts in contacting Acme Cabinet Doors Covia email and telephone, I did not think the order would ship and contacted my bank to dispute the charge on
10/31. Per the *** tracking information, Acme Cabinet Doors Cowent to a Stockton, CA *** location and shipped the order on 11/2, which was after the charge was disputed, which proves I had no intention to steal the doors since I had no knowledge an order was shipping prior to disputing the charge. Since I filed my compliant with the Revdex.com, *** at Acme Cabinet Doors Cohas contacted me again via email in a threatening tone. I do not want the cabinet doors, had no intention of stealing the doors, and *** is scheduled to pick the package tomorrow and will return to sender since I’ve rejected the shipment

I am rejecting this response because: I did not have time to wait for you to take another weeks to send a new shipment of correct sized doorsThe first order was supposed to take 2-weeksIt
ended up taking weeks and this was only after I complained several timesThe four additional weeks it took to send my order already delayed the sale of my houseI didnt have time to wait another weeks for more cabinet doors further delaying my saleDue to the fact that the original order was severely delayed and the many complaints about your company on both Revdex.com and ***, I had no faith that the corrected doors would be sent any faster than the original doorsMore than half the doors shipped were incorrect sizeIt cost me $to get them remade or resized in order to list my house on the marketI am still demanding a refund to cover that portion of my expensesIf I do not receive the refund I will file a small claims court case here locally

The items ordered were received on 6/19/2017.  Issue regarding this order has been resolved and items ordered completed. Thank you for your support.   Revdex.com is always effective in resolving issues for the consumers.Regards[redacted]

Indicated delivery would ship on September 17 (3 weeks after promised delivery). No delivery as of October 3. My complaint was filed 8 weeks after the original order was placed. This is NOT a complaint, MS [redacted] ordered products from us then received the product as evidenced by UPS [redacted] then filed...

a fraudulent chargeback in an attempt to steal custom built goods from us. We informed her that she must return the stolen goods to us immediately before further action was taken. Then she opens a libelous Revdex.com complaint for what? To say we need to cover shipping costs for a product she attempted to steal?
This complaint is false and is libelous and should it go live on the internet we take all legal action available to us to have it removed and seek any monetary damages associated with its posting.
Remove this bogus complaint im sure the Revdex.com does not want to be supporting people who try to steal from vendors and file unnecessary libelous complaints in order to add complaint numbers to other already bogus and inflammatory Revdex.com complaints
