Review: I had bed bugs in my apartment and called ###-###-####.(website is [redacted]) They picked up the three bags (of my bedding and other clothing) and said it would be ready in a few days. A week went by I called to inquire about my three bags they said they were ready to be delivered. I spoke with a man named [redacted]. With much difficulty and waiting on the phone the delivery guy finally came only to have two bags in his hand. I told him there were 3 bags and one is missing. He claimed this was all they gave him and he needed the money for the bill. I regrettably paid %140 (the bill was $135 + $5 delivery tip) to the deliver guy. I called [redacted] right after to claim that a bag was missing he said to call in the morning so he can check the cameras to see what happened. So I did and since then I have NEVER heard from them. It has been over a week. I have left countless voice mails for [redacted], and a review on [redacted]. I consistently call for [redacted] leaving voice mails daily. I have 2 pairs of sheets 4 pairs of pillow cases, my baby blanket, soft cloth dance bag, two flamenco skirts and a few other clothing items. I am very upset and want to file a complaint and hope you can help me.Desired Settlement: I would like the following as a resolution:- Feedback as to what happen since they are ignoring my phone calls - A refund for each of the items missing and the service for the missing bagPlease feel free to contact me if anything is unclear from my complaint or desired settlement

Review: I used this company a month a go when I got bed bugs I sent them all my clothes which they picked up in plastic bags. They do the 'itemization' of all the clothes at their offices. After receiving my clothes I realized one of my coats was never returned. It is a very expensive coat 2000 euro's and they are saying that they never received the coat, which is not true I sent them the coat. I keep hearing that item's go missing. I want to get refunded for the coat but they are extremely defensive and won't do it.Desired Settlement: Compensation for the coat

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Acme Cleaners regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

They first agreed to refund me the around I asked for which was 1700 dollars then they contacted me shouted at me called me a [redacted] and said they would not refund me and hung up in me.

The company got in contact with me after my poor [redacted] review. And they agreed to pay half of the cost of the coat which was around 1500 is what we settled for. Then they didn't call me back for a week and when I called back inquiring about the coast and payment they told me that I was a [redacted] and that they had decided to no longer pay me. So for a second time they denied compensation. The customer service individual named [redacted] is probably the rudest man I have ever met. One minuet is his apologizing to me and telling me that the owners want to settle my case, then the next minute he is calling me a [redacted] and saying that I will get compensated for nothing. The lie that they are accusing me off is that when I called a second time I talked to an other guy and I asked him to give me [redacted]'s number because I needed to be in contact with him about the coat. The guy knew about my case and he said I should definitely talk to [redacted]. When I called [redacted] he asked if the guy had agreed to pay me and I told [redacted] that that is what they had all agreed to I thought. So I said yes. Then he said he would call me back in five minutes called me a [redacted] and said that I would get no compensation. In the beginning of the case the said that they never even logged in the coat which is worth 3000 dollars. They tell you to put all your items in bags then the itemize it not in front of you but at their building. So you don't know what they itemize and what they don't. They keep telling me that they never got a coat in the beginning, but then after I wrote the [redacted] review they understood that it was their fault and offered to compensate me and now nothing. They just call me a [redacted]. Its a very unfair company to work with because your in a situation where you had bed bugs and you have to trust these people with your belongings. And they are very disorganized and very not helpful.
