In traveling from upstate NY in my Honda CRV, my low tire pressure light went on in the Richmond area I called to see if the service department could check this out It was a Saturday AM and very busy The technician and a few other dealer staff were extremely helpfulThey fit me in, checked all the tires, reprogrammed the tire pressure gauge in a prompt and courteous manner I was very grateful to find a Honda dealership close by before continuing my lengthy travels

[redacted] ***, I am sorry to hear you were displeased with the way your loan application was processed and the subsequent issues you've had with my staff to get your [redacted] refundI am not quite sure why the bank would quote you a different rate than where you contracted The only thing I can think is that if they set you up on a bi-weekly payment schedule, sometimes banks will lower the rate, but it is not something that we can arrange here on the dealership level As far as the [redacted] refund, I am happy to personally assist you in a quick manner I do not have a signed [redacted] cancellation form for you here In order to cancel the [redacted] policy and issue you your refund, I need your permission I will send a copy of this form to you via email or fax, whichever is most convenientYou can then sign it, and email it back to me at [redacted] or fax it back to me at [redacted] Once I have the form, I can have a check cut for you immediately Please call me at [redacted] or email me to let me know how you'd like to receive the form and I will take care of it for you today [redacted] General Manager [redacted]
