response to her phone call disputing her credit.Her first car loan opened on 2/3/and was paid perfect each month and ultimately paid off on 11/24/09.Her second car loan opened on 11/21/and was paid perfect each month for the first two years but then we had to agree to a unique payment arrangement to help herShe explained she had to move out of state and had a job interruption and asked us to work with herWe agreed to help her and accepted slightly smaller monthly payments and in some cases allowing a deferred monthly payment.Near the end of the loan she got a good job and resumed her perfect monthly payments and eventually got the loan paid off on 11/1/At the time of payoff, we further agreed to confirm she has perfect credit with Acme Finance.It is evident that our mutually accepted payment arrangements didn't electronically match the reporting on her credit report so any derogatory payment history that shows should be altered or corrected to show excellent credit.We are a very small company with sometimes just a couple of people working the phones which cause many stressful phone conversations with many people on holdWhen she called we were extremely busy and apologize for not giving her the level of service we strive to maintain for all customers.Thanks and feel free to call if you need anything or have any questions.Sincerely,ACME FINANCE COMPANY INC.Brian * G*** Treasurer
