Thank you for mediating this consumer complaint from our customer, Case Number: [redacted] Our company strives to make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied, so we take consumer complaints very seriouslyBefore customers commit to our day free trial, our customers have to affirm and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our autoship program by marking the T&C check-boxesAccording to our records, customer ordered our Garcinia on a day trial basis back on 06/10/and paid the shipping and handling fees of $plus $for InsureShip InsuranceThe trial expired on 06/25/and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 06/25/$for the GarciniaThe product attempted to rebill on 07/25/however the customer blocked the payment through their bankOn 07/28/ our call center received a call to cancelThis customer accepted an Ongoing Clean Cancel offer for this order that was presented by IVRUnder the terms of this agreement, the customer will keep the most recently received order, and no refunds will be issuedAll future orders to this customer will be discontinuedThe customer called back, spoke to a representativeThe customer was informed of the terms and conditions, and was offered 35%, and then 50% refund and 75% refundThe customer threatened dispute and refund was issued for the 07/25/rebill, however refund failed by Payment [redacted] (Transaction had not settled) Transaction had already been stopped by the bankCustomer has been issued refund for original order from 06/10/2017.Refunded - $Trans-ID: [redacted] Refunds should reflect on customer's account within to business daysPlease relay this information to our customer and feel free to let us know should you have further questions

This is the fifth time I am trying to correspond my request for a refund for charges with no product, I foolishly responded to a free sample offer for just shipping charges of $4.95 on 11/27/18. On 12/16/18 my credit card was again charged this time for $89.95 still no product received.
Request refund of all charges back to my credit card. Unable to get thru to customer service by phone (always busy ) .

acknowledge the terms & conditions for our autoship program by marking the T&C check-boxes. According to our records, customer ordered our Garcinia on a 14 day trial basis back on 06/10/2017 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $4.95 plus $1.95 for InsureShip Insurance. The trial expired on 06/25/2017 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 06/25/2017 $89.95 for the Garcinia. The product attempted to rebill on 07/25/2017 however the customer blocked the payment through their bank. On 07/28/2017  our call center received a call to cancel.
