already full van. We let them know that they are welcome to show up and pay in cash just on the oft chance an already paid customer doesn't show. [redacted] probably being a gentleman gave up his seat to let someone else use it. We do allow standing room on our vehicles just like all other public transportation companies. We are also not required to have seat belts,just like all other public transportation companies. If [redacted] was not happy with his ride he could have called here and we would have helped him by putting a credit on his account for a future ride. I did speak to the driver and he told me that he was merely letting [redacted] know that riding in the back was an option. If he didn't feel safe again, he could have called the office and we would have tried to get the driver another vehicle to use. We can't help if we don't know we have an issue. Your letter is the first communication we have received from Mr. [redacted]. On our reservation page it clearly states that no refunds are given. Mr. [redacted] did receive a safe ride to the airport so therefore we will not be issuing a refund. I am sending a copy of his ticket with the cancellation/refund policy highlighted. of the customer missing our shuttle, we will, on occasion credit their account the amount of the ticket. Our tickets also say, not responsible for failure to make a flight connection meaning we will not pay for any taxis. I also confirmed that our driver did the route on the 27th of November, I can only guess that Mr. [redacted] was not in the correct place for pick up that day. Our shuttle has a very tight schedule to keep and they don't have time to go search for custome.rs that are not where they are supposed to be. Our private airport service will do that for $238. 00. Our manager works during the day on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays , due to her husband, who is the owner, having brain cancer, she has designated others in the office to act on her behalf when she is not in the office. I am the person assigned to handle small complaints. When [redacted] was transferred to me, I apologized profusely and told him that I would credit his account for all his troubles. He did not appreciate my offer and got quite obnoxious with me. After arguing with him over the same issues Iinformed him of our cancellation I refund policy again and let him know that the credit is the best I can do. I politely said goodbye and hung up.
