I am rejecting this response because [redacted] was really rude when he came out to take another set of pictures. I do not know who [redacted] is but yes I did cash a check for 50.00 to replace my plants and a check for 200.00 because I have to find someone to do work since they could not come out until July 18th. That is a was unacceptable. I talked to my backyard neighbor this past weekend. She was not happy because they destroyed one of her rose plants. I am not happy with this company or never will be again. This money is going into my pocket.
My understanding was that this was settled. There was an issue of our crew destroying her plants and she asked for $50.00 which we sent her a check for. At no time was I aware she wanted to talk to the general manager as he was well aware of this situation. The owner has been absent from the...
