Acme Lawn Care

Same issue as one of the other commentersfirst we had them scheduled to do a complete maintenance on the yard because we just moved in and the previous owners let our yard go to crapcalled acme after receiving a flyer taped to the doorthis first time coming out it was rescheduled without me even knowing and no communicationafter threatening to fire the company they called me and told me that their workers did not have enough room in their truck to get the trash out of my yard and would be back the next morningThey showed up in the afternoon, did a great job so decided to stick with them and give them a chanceThe second time coming out they were lateAGAIN great jobHOWEVER the third time j received a text the day before saying they would be there at 8am he next day, no one showedAfter calling the owner Troy, no answer and mailbox fulltried again the next day, same thingSent a text and no response to this daythat was in the middle of JulyNeedless to say we found another yard company and they are amazing and great communicators

Unprofessional service Phone calls and text messages are not returned Promises promises The job was for a yard cleanup and our bushes don't look like bushes anymore I wish you could upload pictures, because I have them Before and after They left a huge pile of debris next to shed and said their truck was full and will return Never did When blowing out the rock garden the rocks and gravel went all over the lawn They promises to pick up the stones, reshape the bushes, trim the olive tree on the next visitAlso was told that if the weeds or grass didn't die, they would retreat it However on the next visit they sprayed weeds in the front yard, must not even looked at the back yard and left The only reason we know they were back was they left a green wet stain on driveway from spraying Immediately a charge was withdrawn from my checking account that was supposed to be for the monthly maintenance service It was also more than quote and excuse was product The weed/kill chemicals should have been included in the monthly maintenance charge as stated I had a pool cover on and the first yard clean up visit they left all the tree branches and debris in the pool It was on top of the cover and also IN the pool To the owner's credit, he himself came and cleaned up the pool cover that his maintenance man left But still I had sticks and branches that my baracuda pool cleaner kept dysfunctioning because it can't pick up large things And all the rest of the things that were promised were never done This is a no contract company and now I can see why The yard cleanup was $and when they withdrew money they withdrew more and said it was for product We were charged for maintenance and they withdrew more So basically $to spray weeds Plus the owner said he gave us his best crew So mad I didn't check here first! The yard cleanup was $285.00 and when they withdrew money they withdrew more and said it was for product. We were charged 45.00 for maintenance and they withdrew more. So basically $49 to spray 15 weeds. Plus the owner said he gave us his best crew.
So mad I didn't check here first! Expensive lesson learned.

First experience they were late and I could not get a response from Troy the owner. When the worker (only one) showed up he was not prepared to handle my yard. Broken lawn mower and edger. Had to fix edger before he could trim. Took 6 hours to do my yard. I was satisfied with the job he did so I decided to give them a second chance. Mistake. I was scheduled for lawn service on Monday, June 27, 2016. I received a confirmation on the 26th they would be here at 10:00am. By 3:00 no one had arrived. I called the phone number was unable to leave a message because the mailbox was full. I texted and received no response. I called and texted again the next day two times and still no response. I am firing this company. Very disappointing!

Horrible experience with these people. No communication. No pride in their work.
