R[redacted] S[redacted]this is not true. I only called Acme Locksmith back after they did not send someone back out to "reflash" the key as promised. I will submit documentation from Acura Dealership after I pay and pick up my daughters car on Friday proving that it was in fact they key and not anything mechanically wrong with my daughters car. This owner has spoken with Acura Dealership and argued that the Dealership didn't know what they were talking about when they told them that it's not possible to replicate a key for this make and model car if both original keys are lost. My only question is to Acme Locksmith, if they could reflash the key why didn't they send someone back out to do so as they promised when "the only technician they had who could do so was back in town" ? I've called 2 other popular locksmith companies ; Pop a Lock and AAA Locksmith and asked if they could replace keys to this make and model car and they both gave me the same response as the Dealership. After I submit the receipt from Acura Dealership and the diagnostic test fromAcura Dealership proving my daughters car has no mechanical issues, I'm curious to see if Acme Locksmith will refund my money .

It is clear from the attached receipts that the immobilizer needed to be changed.  There was an issue with the vehicle, not the key itself.  The services and product we provided are not faulty.

Completely positive experience. Went to their store on Main St in Mesa with my broken car key fob which works my new-to-me used 2005 car alarm/doors/ignition. They were able to fix this key using parts from their spare parts drawer at minimal cost, and replaced the key fob batteries in both keys. Also showed me how the alarm works. Very helpful employees!

??Note to automobile restorers: They can also help repair locks on older vehicles!

I had been locked out of my safe for 2 weeks.

I ordered keys form the safe manufacturer and paid for express shipping, but gues what?

I couldn't get the safe open...

I called Acme on Saturday and the same day an appointment was made for the following Monday.

The technician showed up and in about 20 minutes not only got my safe opened for me but salvaged the key lock that my Son had damaged.

I had heard horror story's about locksmith's overcharging and raising the price after the job was complete but with Acme, the price was exactly what I was quoted on the phone.

I could not be more satisfied with service I received

I called this morning and spoke with a very helpful woman who dispatched her "most experienced" locksmith, [redacted], to my father's house for a lock repair and re-key. The description was at my father's request, having encountered locksmiths from two other companies who were unable to accomplish this very much needed task. Though she assured me that all of your locksmiths are fully capable of delivering this service, my father had insisted that he did not want another kid (young man) to try to help him. He had lost faith in a young man's ability to assist him in this matter as both of the other men were young.

My father called shortly after [redacted]'s departure and had nothing but rave reviews regarding the whole experience. He said, "This man was able to do what the

others weren't, and he charged less for doing it than the two who couldn't even fix it!" I cannot tell you how relieved I am to know that my father feels secure in his own home again!

Big [redacted] went beyond my expectations. I wanted to have keyless entry locks installed and he was able to get them overnighted and install them the next day. He kept me informed about time expectations, was very professional and made sure his job was completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend using Acme Locksmith to anyone. [redacted]

My experience with the staff at Acme Locksmith in Mesa AZ is all positive. I have an old truck with problems in the locks and door handle mechanisms. Thomas has been extremely patient in identifying the problems and helping me solve them. There was no charge until the problems were solved and then it was the flat fee even though it took several hours. I can't say enough about my positive experience with this business.

I was very impressed with company! I needed my front door security screen lock and front door lock fixed. When I called the person who answered the phone she was very helpful and offered me an appointment the same day! I scheduled someone to come out the next day and he showed up on time. I received great service from Acme Locksmith and Ryan, the technician who helped me, I asked many questions over the phone to clarify the cost of rekeying our house. The amounts I was quoted were reasonable, and the final charges were the same as what I was quoted. Ryan was conscientious about doing the job right. He was also great about explaining his work and giving safety tips. I'm impressed and will call them again.

ACME folks were very accomodating and easy to communicate with before and during the service call. Brian, the locksmith was very good at explaining what he was doing as he was working on my door lock. Before beginning the work he quoted me the price and time frame and after the work gave me his guarantee on the work he did. Overall excellent customer service!

I have used Acme locksmith since I moved into my townhouse three years ago. They have given me reliable and efficient service over that time. Last Saturday [redacted] solved a lock problem on my back gate, and I especially recommend him since he has had many years of experience. What I also like is that Acme comes quickly when a problem develops within the indicated time frame and fixes it. My experience with this business has been very positive.

We drove to [redacted] from [redacted], AZ , to get lock help from Acme because they had such good reviews. Our front door [redacted] wouldn't open right and we thought sure we'd have to buy a new lock and since this is a double door we'd have to get new dummy knobs for the other door as well. This would have cost us about $200.

Well the gentlemen at Acme found it was just the latch that goes inside the door. The new part for that was $15.00. We were very happy to have saved that money. We had taken our door [redacted] over to the store for them to evaluate and we were a little skeptical that the new latch would really take care of the problem but it sure did! Thanks Acme Locks. It was worth the drive to your store!

Needed a key made for an auto door. I walked it in to their shop, having removed it from the door myself. They cut it in 30 minutes, charged me $25.00. I went home happy to have done buisiness with them...
