ACME IS UNFAIR
I had call around this after noon like three acmes in wilmington, delaware, im trying to get my money from westen union that I have to pick up mind you I called acme on 1308 centerville rd they told me they dont have that large amount of money so then I called 4365 robert kirkwood highway she said there westen union machine were down I said ok I accepted it ,but then before she hung up I said is all the acme in delaware western union machines are down she said she did not know she think its just her store/so I said ok so I call Acme on 1901 concord pike and the lady that answer the phone was nice her name was roshella and I said can I speak to someone in custmers service in matter of fact thats what I ask all the store if you dont belive run the recording back when I called. Then roshella said hold she took for ever to get the manger karen so I hung up to give the manger karen to walk to the phone so I called back then the same thing happend then karen finally got on the phone in thebn I said in yes she state her name in she told me she was the manger in I ask her how much money do you guys have or better yet I ask her what was the limit on how much money you recerver pick she said that I would have to come to store she cant tell me a ball park. In all that I told her like I told the over too acme im trying to pick karen said I CAN NOT TELL YOU IN HANG UP IN MY EAR. In at this piont Im like she very ruled In I CALL BACK TO SPEAK TO LADY THAT WAS OVER top of karen head so then Katie with her fake self get on the phone all joy,joy In at like she was going to check but then again bad customer serivce .I call back and THEN RULED LADY KAREN answer she said that katie left for today in that was at 4:08 so now at this piont im already hot karen then hung up on ,katie just basicly lie to me so then I ask katie before she left at 4:08 who can I make a conplaint to so she gave me the number mind when I call to make the conplaint I talked to the first time dezze but she keep telling me she could not here me in then when she did she was very ruled so I told her Iwant to speak TO HER HEAD MEN WHERE SHE WORK AT ON THE PHONE BUT SHE NEVER PUT HIM ON THE PHONE AT ALL SHE KEPT BETTING AROUNG THE BUSH LIKE I WAS A KID. SO I HUNG UP SO THEN I CALLED BACK IN SOMEONE BY THE NAME OF ANJ ANSWER THE PHONE IN SHE DID THE SAME THING AT THIS PIONT I ONLY WANT TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE IN CHARGE PIONT BLANK PERIOD/SO I CALLED BACK AGAIN AND CYRA SAME THING HAPPEND COULD NOT SPEAK TO HEAD MEN IN CHARGE SO THEN I CALLED TO CONPLAIN AGAIN IN FRITZ SAME THING HAPPEN IN MIND YOU I TOLD ALL OF THEM AT 18772769637 NOT ONLY AM I MAKING A CONPLAINING ABOUT THE STORES IM NOW CONPLAINING THE PEOPLE AT THE CONPLAIN CENTER THAT I REALLY CAN NOT UNDERSTAND SO THEN I called back a 5 time in I talk to carl he was nice in he listen dont know if he was typing or writting but he hard my conplant in he understood why I was mad. But if you cant here or understand somone where they are coming from . and if you hanging up in customers ear that ruled you come to work to work not be ruled if you hate your job in dont like the career choose .that dont mean you be ruled to custmers karen ,katie dezze,anj,cyra fritz in this is all that im going to say is if you got a job you dont love .GO BACK TO SCHOOL AND GET A CAREER YOU LOVE AND .PEACE

James S[redacted] Store manager call the customer about this complaint on 6-9-2017 at 8:40am.A Settlement was agreed upon and an explanation Was given. also insured the Customer that if she has any other issues to call me right away and I willtake care of them.

Review: On January 5th, I was asked to do the "Acme Mobile Shopper's Survey." They texted me a link to a survey that I would take immediately after shopping at Acme. This text came from [redacted]. They repeatedly text me throughout the week to remind me, and even increased the incentive to $10. I did as they said and shopped at Acme and clicked the link to take the survey. However, I was unable to submit my receipt because the page was broken. (They made it clear that without the receipt I would not get paid). In addition, the help button on that page did not work either. I text them for help and got none. I contacted [redacted] and [redacted], the companies who worked with Acme to do the survey. I spoke with [redacted] at [redacted], and she requested that I email her some information. I did so, and followed up with her, and now she ignores me. [redacted] ignored my email. I called Acme customer service and the man said they had no such survey and it was a scam. I explained that I needed to talk to the Marketing department because it wasn't a survey marketed to consumers, but, instead was done through a private survey firm, and he refused. A woman called me back from the corporate headquarters ([redacted]) and said she would call me back with the number for the Marketing department. She never bothered to call back. I am really upset at the lack of professionalism and their refusal to help. I know with complete certainty that someone in their marketing department would be knowledgeable about this survey, and I could get paid. However, no one will help me. I have the text messages that I could print out and email to you if you need them. I am simply looking for either a $10 check for payment for the survey, or even a $10 Acme gift card. After doing what they asked and spending hours because their survey didn't work, I don't think that is too much for a loyal customer to ask. Thank you in advance for your help.Desired Settlement: $10 as promised for the survey either in the form of a check, or a gift card if that would be easier for them.
