After my move from Ormond Beach FL to West Springfield MA; we had multiple damaged wood furniture, two large screen TV's damaged beyond repairHave many phone calls to the owner, and *** nothing has been resolvedThe owner is always to busy to talk and states he would contact Insurance CompanyTo this date from July 17th 2016, it has not been done*** states they can not move forward with claim until they receive more information from Acme Moving and Storage and ***'

Move from FL to MA in July 2016; was a disaster. No resolve from Insurance or from Acme Moving and Storage. (July thru December) Please make sure and investigate this company in depth, especially their insurance coverage, before using them for a move of any distance.
