The owner, Mike contacted me several times to discuss my concernsHe was extremely apologetic and was sincere in trying to reach a solution to regain trust in the service offered at his place of businessHe was very accommodating and respectful and seemed to me that is motivation was more so to emphasize exceptional customer serviceInspite of the initial concerns I had, I must say that I was very pleased with the time and care they took to address my concerns and attempts to resolve this matterI am willing to return for future service and understand human error occurs but most importantly impressed with the fact that they took full responsibilityThank you Revdex.com for your support
