I want to share my experience as Wesley S [redacted] came to my home a made the repair on the HVAC water heater where as the heater thermostat was not providing heat to my home Wesley immediately noted the problem and went to work to remove the cause (restriction) I did not own a water hose and he event went to the neighbor's house and borrowed a water hose so as to completely clear the water line I was amazed and very appreciative I wish there were more Wesley S [redacted] out thereOutstanding!!!!!I I have enjoyed the experience of working with this company
These guys installed a water main that they guaranteed ten yearsOne year later I had a massive leak because they installed the wrong pipes, had a $1,water billWon't even return my phone calls now! Ripoffs, Stacy away!
My home warranty dispatched my claim to them When they called to schedule, I explained that it was my filtration system that was leaking and that I was unsure if it was covered She said it was and scheduled a time for tech When he came out and charged me the $cash, said filtration system not covered and I'd have to replace it myself and left I turned off the valve, replaced the filter system, and then the valve wouldnt turn back on I called them back and the receptionist scheduled me from 11- At almost I called again, and was told I was scheduled between 3- At I called back and the office was closed I called the tech (***) directly He said he was home and I wasn't on his schedule and he was not coming back out Also the valve isn't covered anyway VERY RUDE I called my home warranty company and they said the valve IS covered and were going to redispatch the company and I requested to NEVER have them back RUDE RUDE RUDE
On I called *** *** *** to service the air units at my rentalThey determined that one of my units had a bad boardThey cleaned the unit and shut it off as to not cause any furher damage
I called my home buyers warranty company *** *** *** who referred me to A&R Complete ServiceOne week later they finally arrived at the home and did a inspection
They proceeded to contact my home buyers warranty company and tell them that the unit was filthythe filters were clogged and that the board shorted out because we turned the unit off
When I contacted A&R Appliance to ask why and to show them I had service records from *** *** *** they hung up on me
Do not use this company, their pockets are lined with money from *** *** *** so that *** can deny claims
Very sad since the repair would have been theirs if they had been truthful
