We live in a ' Bare-Land ' Condo ( individual houses ) with units All but roofs are completed The color must be the same , however individual unit owners can hire their own roofing company Several different companies have been used in the past 2-years I have had previous roofing experience , and have watched each of the different companies From these observations , I chose to use Acme Reno's IncTheir attention to both detail and excellence was second to none As experienced roofers they work quickly however never rush , and every detail in roof preparation , especially in the most critical areas Valleys , Ridges , and Roof Edge were very meticulously completed Like most roofers they use pneumatic nailers however , do not rush ensuring each shingle receives nails , in straight lines and well within the limit where nails must be placed to ensure each shingle is maximally secured Their excellent workmanship , Customer Service , and competitive price , well deserves the star rating
