Mr [redacted] neglected to service the system as he promised, rendering the alarm system uselessHe was contacted MULTIPLE times by me before I got a response, then did not keep his appointment, nor contacted me to cancel his appointment, nor responded to multiple calls, voicemails, and finally, textsHe was also sent letters regarding cancellation, neither which he responded toAs Mr [redacted] did not perform his professional duty to allow the alarm system to monitor our home,he is obligated to refund the portion of the advanced monitoring fee I paid on April 2, I also contacted the monitoring company Mr [redacted] contracts with, to see if their explanation of why we were contacted so late after our alarm sounded agreed with Mr***'s explanation he said he received from the companyThe company stated they had no record of Mr [redacted] contacting them regarding my home alarm systemThey also stated Mr [redacted] did not cancel the monitoring of our home with the company at the time of my call Mr [redacted] clearly did not live up to his professional responsibility and has no regard for customer satisfaction and safety Also, the contract I possess is not signed by Mr***, and Mr [redacted] has never set foot on our propertyHis statement that I signed his legal contract is falseHis name is nowhere on the contract I am submitting the letters I sent Mr [redacted] separately

He was also sent 2 letters regarding cancellation, neither which he responded to. As Mr. [redacted] did not perform his professional duty to allow the alarm system to monitor our home, , he is obligated to refund the portion of the advanced monitoring fee I paid on April 2, 2016. Also, the contract I possess is not signed by Mr. [redacted], and Mr. [redacted] has never set foot on our property. His statement that I signed his legal contract is false. His name is nowhere on the contract.
I am submitting the letters I sent Mr. [redacted] separately.
