I placed an order which is a custom store front sign in January, and the invoice clearly states that it shall be installed by the 5th of February. I paid the owner *** $*** deposit by check because he guaranteed the installation time. The text messages and invoice can prove it. But seller breached the contract, the signage hasn't been installed. So I would have to sign an agreement with his business partner *** on 6th Feb., the agreement shows the signage shall be installed by the 15th of February or seller shall issue full refund of $*** to buyer if fail to install by that date. Seller shall deliver refund to buyer no later than the 15th of February. However, Seller broke his word and his contract again! I asked for refund, they refused. I contacted them, I have been ignored all the time. Now the situation is they took my money without delivering the product, not to mention the time guarantee. I was tricked into paying the deposit.

We received the order..*** had requested a rush order. *** started asking for changes 10 day after the order was placed. we were already making the sign ordered the materials and started fabrication, we had to stop work for a size change.
on the invoice it states no changes and no cancelation.
*** continued to make size changes and putting pressure on us to meet a un realistic delivery date. we stoped making her sign. we do not feel we will get paid for the balance when completed. We have made 1/2 of her sign, the deposit. And will complete it when we are sure of payment.
