Hello, I received a notice in the mail from Revdex.com today about an ongoing issue that we have tried to resolve. But due to the customer being rude from the start, and then ultimately at the end making false accusations, we have come to...

the conclusion that this customer cannot be pleased. We sold a Brand New Unfired receiver, which throughout this process the buyer acknowledged looked New except he claims it was damaged. He sends us some pictures that were terrible and could not see clear as to what he was talking about. Asked for something better and got some more distorted pictures with circles. Here is what I do know….I ordered this in for a Customer as a Brand New gun, once here I personally disassembled it for the parts to install on another receiver for that customers custom build. No tools required, no hammering or beating as this complainant has suggested, (obviously he knows something about this). When we were to ship this out I once again unwrapped it from the bubble wrap to verify serial number and proceeded to ship this New Unfired unit to his transfer dealer. Funny thing is he complains about this damage after he takes it home instead of leaving it at his dealer in case it was to be returned and then proceeds to complain about it. He said $90 would settle this for him and we are very busy right now with business and against my better judgement I offered $50 which at this point I don’t I should have offered anything as I KNOW 100% that it was not damaged here. I only did so to put this to bed as we don’t have time to deal with people who are unreasonable and want to cause problems. We always try to take care of the customer, but in this case, he can’t seem to be pleased. We have a Solid Reputation in this business and our Business Practice is quite clear. This guy must be a kid or something because he has his Dad call us after he was rude to one of my employees here. His Dad was much more pleasant to speak to. The bottom line here is we don’t Like to Be accused of being liars, cheats, etc. like this complainer has accused us to be. One thing I would like to note here is the fact he has repeated mentioned beat on by a hammer or something like that, and at one point sent a picture of the unit complete built on his end. Given the fact this person acknowledged the fact that assembly can be quite hard at times, I think suggests he must know exactly what happened to it. If I would have received a damaged product I would have been on the phone same day and would not have taken the item home from the dealership it was shipped to until this was resolved, instead this person takes it home and must have damaged it during the assembly process and sends pictures one the items assembled and then goes on to accuse us of knowing it was damaged. I have pictures on the item showing it’s condition, and I also have the severable blurry pictures this person sent me. I am wondering why his pictures are out of focus…is he the one trying to hide it? Bottom line is we will not accept a return of his now damaged merchandise, and I am reluctant to continue to offer the $50 refund, but as we all know a Reputable business will do what they say. I consider this complaint bogus and therefore prefer not to have anymore interaction with this unruly person. If pictures are needed, I will be happy to provide them. Otherwise I will consider this complaint closed. Thanks!   Joe H[redacted] Acme Sports, Inc. 800 E. Tipton St. Seymour, IN 47274 812-522-4008 www.acmesportsinc.com
