Ms. [redacted] rented a storage unit from Acme Storage, Inc. on 1/24/2012. Ms. [redacted]'s unit was auctioned due to non payment of rent on 4/29/2014 leaving an outstanding balance of $784.00 which she...
stills owes. We hold any personal items (ie: bank records, photographs etc.) which are returned to us by the person who purchases an auctioned unit, for 6 months. At which time any personal items not claimed are destroyed. Ms. [redacted] claims that we did not contact her to claim her personal items, however, Ms. [redacted] was told when she called to call back the next day. She did not call again for almost a year.
