Revdex.com:Once again they went into my account and took the $but if their company needs $fine....yes they finally return once I let them know I was reporting them to the Revdex.com...they never told me that was the steps of returning nor ask can they do it...I think their business is no good...they send broken products and didn't want to return it...I had to talk to people in order to return it

This issue was addressed on 1/18/The customer contacted us via a phone callDo to holiday returns our returns department was about weeks behindAfter the customer reached out to us we found her return and issued the credit for the $149.99. the $charge was a
authorization place hold issued by the bank pending the process of the creditWe spoke with the customer and assured themc and asked them to contact there bank to verify what we had explaind We never received word back from the customer after that

following through with the offer they have laid down for us We have dropped both of the trim guns off and we anticipate them being returned as soon as possibleI've spoken with the manager Acme tools and he was very courteous and great to work with, it is very unfortunate we Felt that we had to go this far, if we were able to speak with the manager at the time we were in the store we might've been able to resolve it, he was great and I trust him when he says he gives me his word that he will take care of thisThank you and I will respond on receiving the trim guns after repairs

On January 24th it was brought to our attention that Acme Tools had an incorrect listing on our website. We are very sorry for the incorrect content.  Acknowledging that our information was incorrect, we offered cost-effective alternatives including cancelling the order with a full refund to...

the customer.  Due to the substantial cost difference we were unable to substitute the incorrect machine. We do have disclaimers in our terms a conditions http://www.acmetools.com/shop/tools/terms-conditions  stating that we have the right to correct any errors that may occur on the site. We have since removed the incorrect listing and have been working to fix the issue on our site.

Revdex.com:Once again they went into my account and took the $1.00 but if their company needs $1.00 fine....yes they finally return 149.99 once I let them know I was reporting them to the Revdex.com...they never told me that was the steps of returning nor ask can they do it...I think their business is no good...they send broken products and didn't want to return it...I had to talk to 5 people in order to return it....

We have contacted Ms. [redacted] and agreed to a refund when she returns the items. She indicated that she would try to come to the store this week.
