Review: Hello,We would like to file this complaint to note that ACME Traders LLC (ACME) has failed to deliver a crane that we agreed to purchase and made a payment of $43500. ACME has not delivered the crane as promised and as been evasive about this issues. We have contacted the following parties, who were involved in this transaction:1. [redacted] - Agent/broker - Ph:[redacted] - Riverside Exports Inc. - Ph: [redacted]After agreeing to supply the crane and taking the advance amount, the above mentioned individuals have not kept the promise of delivering the crane and now after multiple follow-ups have not refunded the advance we have paid. We have had multiple email and phone conversations and they continue to be evasive and have not addressed the issue at hand. We are concerned that they might be involved in a fraud and potential violation of financial laws and regulations.Desired Settlement: We would like the refund our deposit of $43500 along with interest charges, calculated at 18% per annum, from the time of deposit through our bankers. We also would like to note that our continued efforts in pursuing answers from the above mentioned people has been stressful on the business partners. It could cause potential health issues that the above parties could be held liable for.
