This customer has reported that they cannot reach our support team and are having issues with their service. been with us for quite a few years, we have kept their account open on good faith. We will be terminating that agreement, effective July 9th, if they do not satisfy their debt with us. We have provided every means possible to ensure this matter was resolved months ago, but the customer does not wish to comply with our requests. In regards to their request for a phone call from one of our managers, we have made it abundantly clear that telephone support is for emergencies and higher product tier clients.
