As demonstrated by the attached photos, the issue with the carpet was minuscule and covered no more than a quarter-sized area of the bedroom carpetTo fully replace the carpet and carpet pad for such an issue is a grossly unnecessaryFurther, the gross dollar price ($992.62) for replacing approximately sq.ftof carpet and pad is outrageously above-market [redacted] unnecessarily over-charged for the issues at hand, as the company is not acting in a righteous manner or to typical market standards Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because:The Acoma ([redacted]) management team unnecessarily replaced the entire bedroom carpet and carpet pad (approximately 140 sq.ft.).  As demonstrated by the attached photos, the issue with the carpet was minuscule and covered no more than a quarter-sized area of the bedroom carpet. To fully replace the carpet and carpet pad for such an issue is a grossly unnecessary. Further, the gross dollar price ($992.62) for replacing approximately 140 sq.ft. of carpet and pad is outrageously above-market.  [redacted] unnecessarily over-charged for the issues at hand, as the company is not acting in a righteous manner or to typical market standards.
