Acord Heating & Air

I would like to give Tim Acord the highest recommendation possible. On June 21, lightning struck a tree only 30 feet from my house. The heat pump is right at that point. When the power company restored my power, I had a dead shot in the heat pump. Tim came out the next morning. All testing pointed to the compressor and fan motor being burned up. Due to Tim's curiosity and thoroughness, he kept investigating. He found a screw that showed burn marks and he was not sure why. He finally found a wire that was somewhat damaged. The electricity had gone through that to the screw and then grounded. He repaired the wire and the heat pump began to function properly.

Due to his thoroughness and curiosity, he found a problem that saved thousands of dollars. His knowledge, professionalism, honesty, and integrity is why I give him the highest recommendation one could possibly give.
