I have reviewed the response submitted by the business ([redacted]) and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #[redacted].For the record, this had zero to do with when the doctors are available to return a call. It was that if you call to make an appointment via voicemail and then your husband calls after to try to get an appointment after this hospital knowing the ongoing issues with two of our dogs, then the right thing to do is to apologize for not getting back to someone in regards to the appointment that was to be made but ignored which their owner ... Not [redacted]-- did do. I accept his acknowledgement but I think [redacted]'s cookie cutter response of what she says is done and what is actually done --people need to know about. The issues were not getting back for an actual appointment - to a tech wanting one of our dogs to come in for an enema for 80.00 when she was just there 2 days prior- to the actual owner saying she wouldn't have needed the enema. But here you have a tech stating that's what they wanted to do. Techs if they don't know shouldn't make any call unless they have "veterinarian" after their name. I did leave a message for the office manager- I can pull the phone records since [redacted] says they return calls --no one returned my call so I went to the Revdex.com and then tried email by googling email addresses for this hospital. I then got [redacted] miracle. She needs to learn to actually read what the complaint is about and not just receipt your rules that you didn't adhere to in this situation & on multiple occasions. Thus, I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved but desire others to know what actually does happen.
