Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I feel the Acorn Company mis represented their productIf the stamp could not be made in the specified size then their customer service should have notified me before the stamp was madeI feel that is what customer service job is supposed to be, to make sure the customer gets what he orderedIf the font size would not fit on the specified rubber stamp why didnt they notify me? I am really taken back over their commentsI have been a customer of theirs since I started my businessI have ordered Notary stamps and seals twice, rubber stamps on three occaisions and I feel they should treat repeat customers a little better in seeing they receive the product they order I request a refund or a new stamp made to replace the one they did not make correctly Regards, [redacted]

On January 12, we received an order from *** ***He ordered a *** stamp which is 1-1/x but he asked for Point Arial Font with six lines of textHe also ordered a *** which is a Line Regular Rubber Stamp that does not have a specific size as the size is driven by the size
of the font ordered and the amount of textHe also ordered a proof of image for both stampsWe sent his PDF proof with both stamps set at the requested text size and drawn to scaleOn our proof sheet, there is a scale to show a square inch so the customer can easily verify sizeThere is also a disclaimer stating if a customer is concerned with the size we are happy to provide a hard copy of the proofThe customer approved the proof with larger size and signed stating he was satisfied with the stamp layout and sizeAs stated, we do not make any changes to the proof after the customer approves and signsSince we made the stamps as the customer approved them, we will offer a discount if they wanted to reorder the stamp at a smaller sizeI have attached a copy of the signed PDF proof sheet and we happy to answer further questions. I feel that is what customer service job is supposed to be, to make sure the customer gets what he ordered. If the font size would not fit on the specified rubber stamp why didnt they notify me?
