on 2/7/18.  Tracking Item was received on 2/08/18.Attached sale invoice #[redacted].  Return Policy:  RETURNABLE FOR CREDIT OR EXCHANGE WITH IN 2 DAYS ON UNOPENED OR UNUSED ITEMS.  20% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE APPLIED.  PERSONAL CARE ITEMS ARE NON- RETURNABLE.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  In description, we even hand written when we taking order and fully explained to customer the return policy.  Drop ship item are non-returnable.  Mr. [redacted] awared and agreed of the purchase term. on 2/10/18.  Mr.  [redacted] called in Palomar Medical Supllies to requested the return item.  [redacted] was ansewred and followed by company return policy.  The item can not be return after 2 days of purchased, plus it was the special item,drop ship to Mr. [redacted].  By company's policy.  He is unable to accept the return.  Then, Mr. [redacted] got upset, yelling, using profanity language.  Yes, [redacted] hung up the phone to end conversation, after explained it's un acceptable to listen profanity language, he had a right to refuse service.  Mr. [redacted] called back second time.  [redacted], was helping other customer in store.  [redacted] was unable to answer the phone at that time.  Mr. [redacted] leave a record message in anger profanity language, threatened he is contacting Revdex.com! [redacted] contacted the owner right away for advise and approval.  The owner advised to call Mr. [redacted] back, explain the return policy.  Palomar Medical Supplies, will make an exception to accept a return for full refund of purchase price for Mr. [redacted] with in 2days of notice, when item unsued.  [redacted] telephoned Mr. [redacted], the call sent to voicemail.  [redacted]'s message was stating for reason to hung up, due to the fact that Mr. [redacted] was yelling in profanity language.  But, He did have approval from the owner to return full amount of purchase price, when item return in store with in 2days of this notice.  Please return item with in 2 days to receive a refund. Palomar Medical Supplies, gladly return full refund of purchase price to Mr. [redacted] as we contacted him by telephone.  As of today, we have not received the item.  We are unable to make a refund.  Thank you Revdex.com taking time about this matter.  If  you have any question, please contact Palomar Medical Supplies.   Best Regards, [redacted]PresidentPalomar Medical Supplies760 433 2800.
