Dear Revdex.com Serving Center, [redacted] brought his car to the shop by towing itHe told us to check the car and see what was wrong with itAfter checking the car he was told the timing chain was broken and was told that it was broken because there was no oil pressureHe was told that the work on the car was going to cost him $1,but he said he was short on cash and he said if it would be less if he bought the partsWe came to an agreement that it would be $he was also told that the oil pressure was no good and he told me just clean it with gasSo I did what he told me ( I have the text messages to prove what he told me) after he brought the oil pump we installed it without charging him labor or oil which all this was not on the warranty the warranty was only on the head and the timing chainHe also made me a comment to clean the oil screen and the oil pump with gasAfter fixing his car he came back a week later and said it was making a bad soundHe was told once again it was making the noise because the oil pump had no pressureI even asked around for better prices and told him who had it for a better priceAfter a week he brought the oil pumpAfter the oil pump was put in the car the seal on the tower were making sounds do to that it was run too much without oil pressure.Sincerely, Jose R***

Jose or Felix R*** did a RECOMMENDATION ONLY on changing the oil pumpIt was after the second time he said the car was ready when I noticed the oil press light on and he aknowledge it and ensured me it was a busted sensor ONLYHe gave me month warrantyLast time I contact him was 1/9/he promnise to deliver the car by 1/16/He doesn’t answer my calls, the shop is always closedI have no way to recover my car nowI will contact local authorities to follow up

We came to an agreement that it would be $950 he was also told that the oil pressure was no good and he told me just clean it with gas.
