Review: Our refridgerator went out and we called Acosta's Services on December 19,2014 to come out and repair our refridgerator. After the owner [redacted] access the problem he told my husband that we needed a control board which cost 195.00 and a service charge of 65.00 for a total of $260.00. My husband gave him $120 cash down payment that day. He explained that the part would come in on Dec. 24, 2015. Well the part came in early on Dec 23 and two service men was sent over to put the new part in, my husband was told let it run for a while, and at that time he paid the balance $140 cash. We waited and waited for that part to work but it never did. We called on Christmas eve because of all the food we cooked for the holidays and no one returned our calls. We called the 24th, 26th, 27th, 28th and left messages after messages and finally someone answered there phone on Dec 29th and we were told that we needed another part. Unbeleivable! I asked to speak to the owner and [redacted] tried to explaind what her service men should have told us at the time of servicing I asked for our money back and she said we would be charged a serve charge of 65.00 she said she would call me back right now today I never heard from her again. Please helpDesired Settlement: We would like all our money back the whole 260.00, we do not want to be charged for service we never received. Thank you

Review: Business received my washer machine on 9-13-2013 for repairs, been having trouble with the machine since then. The technician came to get it 3 times since the above date shown, I tried to call them about the situation no one has returned my call. It was never repaired, they only made matters worst when they did returned it after a week the 1st time it started showing the same code which was F51, after I called them back within 8 days the 2nd time it was for the same code F51 and it started leaking water, now they don't want to answer the phone, return my calls, nor refund any monies owed to me. It's ridiculous how this company can get your money, not repair your machine and don't want to return your merchandise. It also cost me $256.15 to get it repaired.Desired Settlement: I want a complete refund!...

Review: I purchased a washer and dryer from Acosta's on February 19th 2015 then the dryer broke on march 22 2015. I called their technician to come out and check the dryer he said"found high limit trap-replace high limit", and he wanted to charge me $65 and all appliances are still under warrantyDesired Settlement: money back
