I told Mr. [redacted] that due to his troubles, we will take the material back, but it would be subject to the minimum 20% restocking fee, which I capped. Mr. [redacted] said he would return the material at his convenience. We will most likely dispose of the material because it is not likely to be in condition to be resold. I consider the matter resolved.
