I ordered a pet memorial marker through the Sullivan County Humane Society's website on 10/7/ Their website information states: "The Sullivan County Humane Society has teamed up with Grandeur Products to provide memorial markers to help you celebrate the life of an animal that has touched you or a loved oneFor a $memorial donation to the Sullivan County Humane Society, you can receive a granite marker to commemorate your beloved companion." It also states, "Please allow 2-weeks for completion We will contact you when ready and arrange for a pilocation." As of today (11/13/18) I have not received any information regarding my order I have attempted to contact this organization times over the past weeks by e-mail and through the contact form on their website with no response from them There is no phone number available I also attempted to contact Grandeur Products by phone and did not receive a response I can only conclude that this organization is ta
